Affordable Rentals

Adams County Housing Authority (ACHA) is committed to preserving, developing and managing housing that serves as a long-term community asset and increases housing choices for low and moderate-income individuals and families. To achieve and maintain this commitment, ACHA has strategically acquired and/or developed over 900 units of affordable housing in 10 properties located throughout Adams County.

While our properties vary in size, design and location, they all serve the common purpose of providing housing for people with incomes that range from 30% to 80% of Area Median Income.

Floor plans include one, two, three and four bedroom apartment units, town homes and single-family homes. All of our properties have their own unique history and variety of amenities.
