Creekside Place Apartments

Creekside Place Apartments will be accepting applications for the section 8 project based waitlist program for all bedroom sizes.

All Applicants MUST MEET the following minimum requirements:

• Income Eligibility
• Must pass a criminal background and credit check
• Eligible immigration status documentation
• Once approved residency will be at Creekside Place

Applications are available at Creekside Place leasing office located at 9189 Gale Blvd. Thornton CO 80260, beginning December 10th, 2007 through December 31st 2007. Applications will be given out between the hours of 9a.m. and 5pm. Monday thru Saturday. Completed applications must be returned to the leasing office during these office hours and must be received by 5:00 p.m., December 31st , 2007. Effective December 31st, 2007 5:00 pm the waitlist will be closed and will remain closed until further notice.
